The Jeep got a bobo

Upon nu-hooking the jeep, here at a monthly site in Northern WI, we noticed the Jeep had a busted windshield. The crack is way to big to just seal, so looks like it’s going to get a new windshield.

We don’t know if it happened today or yesterday, we had a pull through last night and did’t really look close at it.

Anyway besides the cracked windshield, we’re all set up here in the nice cooler north ( cooler than you 🙂 with really cool nights.

Currently the skeeter’s are only a minor nuisance, we were told last year you couldn’t sit outside. We have also been warned that the closer to Lake Superior we get the black flies are really bad, biting right through your blue jeans.

47 miles, that’s how many miles of expressway construction we drove through. The other day, but that’s not really what I’m referring to right now. I thought, when we were out west, and it was 30-35 miles to a Walmart……… here the nearest Walmart is 47 miles away, but unlike the Quartzsite area there a couple of towns in the area that have most everything we need.

Don’t feel sorry for me …….. This morning while fixing breakfast outside I had to look up a sweatshirt because it was quite cool at 55 degrees @ 7:00 this morning:) ….We even broke out the small heater for the bathroom, it’s kinda nippy to get out of the shower when it’s that cool….. hum for you folks sweltering in the heat and humidity, maybe I should’ve said don’t hate me.
