Somewhere slightly north of hades

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy in these trying times!!!!

FINALLY!! After sitting still for 2 months and 1 week we pulled out of hades around 8:30. Like in hades, they have had and are having a lot of rain here. We’re spending 2 nights here because tomorrow they have 80% chance of rain. We drove around 100 miles in mist to light rain. The ground here is saturated and just like in hades water puddles everywhere and the grass is squishy. It’s really humid here tooooooooo UCK!!! Unfortunately we’re still warm here we’re out far enough north YET but a couple more stops and we should basking in the cooler weather but still thinking of you folks stuck in hades.

I’ve been ready to leave since before we arrived in hades:) I pretty much went stir crazy and I’m pretty sure between sitting still in the fall/winter for 4 months and now 2 months in this spring Mary reached the end of Netflix and Amazon.

The Dr’s appointments that were set for April got pushed until May then got converted to Video calls that we could have done from anyplace in the world. The only thing that we really accomplished was to get new ( much needed for me) was new glasses.

5/29/2020 turned out to be better than expected with only a light mist off and on.

5/30/202 We decided to stay an extra day here and what a difference a day makes, comfortable weather, bright blue sky with lots of puffy white clouds perfect coolish weather.
