We’re in Florida

And Florida it’s just as hot & Muggy as Georgia. UGH!!

August 25 -28, 2021 –  elevation 26 or lower, we’re almost at sea level.

We had read reviews that said this was  a popular CG with the locals so we pulled out of  ( Cains Creekside RV, GA) for the 162 mile drive, part of which was in a pretty hard rain but we were on 2 lane roads by then with no place to pull off. Speaking of rain a few miles before our exit in Georgia ,  the rain was really coming down, with traffic slowing down and cars pulling off the side of the road, I didn’t pull off because we were a couple of miles from our exit but mainly I was concerned about getting back in traffic with the motorhome, once the rain let up.

We went for a walk this morning and fed the – Misquotes and Bot flies, overall we walked a little over a mile the humidity was pretty bad, we were pretty soaked by the time we got back to the RV.

Do you remember the sign about ants in the last post, we thought we had gotten away without any, well I don’t know how that many made it past all the spray I used, but we now have 5 zillion & 1 ant that we’re trying to get rid of.

We moved about 70 miles this morning to the town of Homosassa Florida.

The misquote bites from the other day are still itching, I guess I’m just toooo dang SWEET for my own good.

So sum up our stay in Florida so far HOT & MUGGY
